Z7Game Terms and Conditions – What You Need to Know

1. Account Registration

To use Z7Game's real-money gaming and betting services, you must create a registered account. Registration is free and takes under two minutes. You will need a valid Pakistani mobile number and a password of your choice. Z7Game does not require documentation to open an account, though identity verification may be requested at the point of withdrawal above certain thresholds as a fraud prevention measure.

By completing registration on Z7Game, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and belongs to you — not to another individual. Registering with false details, including a phone number you do not own, is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• One account per individual: Each person may hold exactly one Z7Game account. If you previously had an account that was closed for any reason, you may not open a new one without written permission from Z7Game's support team.
• Account security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private. Z7Game will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone call. Any activity that takes place under your account credentials is your responsibility.
• Account transfer: Z7Game accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or otherwise transfer your account to another person. Doing so constitutes a violation of these Terms.
• Dormant accounts: An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. Z7Game will send a notification to your registered number before applying a Rs 50 monthly maintenance fee to dormant accounts. If the balance reaches zero, the dormant account will be closed.

2. Eligibility

Z7Game is an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit, or participate in any real-money game or betting activity on Z7Game. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Z7Game reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be closed immediately with all funds returned to the original payment source.

You must also be accessing Z7Game from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use. You are responsible for understanding and complying with any local laws applicable to your use of Z7Game.

• Z7Game does not knowingly serve players who are under a self-exclusion order with any gaming platform.
• Employees of Z7Game and their immediate family members may not hold real-money player accounts.
• Players who have previously been permanently banned from Z7Game are not eligible to re-register.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Z7Game operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR with no conversion fees. The following payment methods are accepted on Z7Game: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits

• Minimum single deposit: Rs 100
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited instantly to your Z7Game wallet in normal circumstances.
• Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to 2 business hours to reflect depending on your bank's processing time.
• All deposits must come from a payment source registered in your own name. Z7Game does not accept third-party deposits.
• Z7Game does not charge a fee on deposits. Check with your payment provider regarding any charges on their end.

Withdrawals

• Minimum single withdrawal: Rs 100
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically process within 5–15 minutes during operating hours (8 AM to 11 PM PKT).
• Bank transfer withdrawals typically process within 2–4 hours on working days.
• Z7Game may request identity verification for withdrawals above Rs 50,000 in a single transaction or cumulative withdrawals exceeding Rs 2,00,000 in any 30-day period.
• Withdrawals of bonus balance are subject to the wagering requirements stated in Section 4 of these Terms.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

Z7Game runs a variety of promotions for Pakistani players — welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, Ludo and cricket special events, the Refer a Friend programme, and seasonal promotions tied to PSL, Eid, and other Pakistani events. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.

• Wagering requirement: All bonus credit must be wagered a specified number of times (stated per promotion) before it can be withdrawn as real cash. The default wagering requirement for Z7Game bonuses is 10x unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not wagered within the stated validity period (default 30 days) will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• Eligible games: Each promotion specifies which games or bet types count towards wagering requirements. Bets placed on excluded games do not contribute to clearing a bonus.
• Bonus stacking: Z7Game does not permit the simultaneous use of multiple bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Refer a Friend: Referral rewards are credited as real cash (not bonus credit) and are withdrawable immediately after being credited, with no wagering requirement. Full details are on the Refer a Friend page.
• Abuse: Z7Game monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using a bonus on excluded game types, or deliberately manipulating bet patterns to clear wagering requirements without genuine play. Any such activity results in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.

5. Betting Rules

These rules apply to all sports and event betting activity on Z7Game, including cricket, football, and any other sports markets available on the platform.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification on screen. Bets that do not receive a confirmation — for example, due to a network disconnection at the moment of submission — are not valid and will not be settled.
• Minimum bet: The minimum single bet on Z7Game is Rs 10. Maximum stakes vary by market and are shown on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Odds changes: Z7Game reserves the right to change odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked at the level shown at confirmation time.
• In-play betting: In-play odds are updated continuously during live matches. Z7Game may suspend in-play markets briefly during key moments (wickets, goals, video reviews) and will reopen them as quickly as possible. Bets placed during a suspension period are void.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided by Z7Game if the event is cancelled, suspended without result, if a bet was placed at incorrect odds due to a platform error, or if the bet violates Z7Game betting rules. Voided bet stakes are returned to the player's wallet.
• Palpable errors: If Z7Game makes an obvious pricing error (a materially incorrect odds value), Z7Game reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect odds, regardless of whether the event has already settled. Z7Game will always communicate such decisions clearly to affected players.

6. Games Policy

This section covers all real-money games on Z7Game including Ludo, poker, crash games, and any other game modes offered on the platform.

• RNG certification: All outcomes in Z7Game games are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). The RNG is independently tested and the results are verifiable through the game history log in your account.
• Ludo specific rules: Z7Game Ludo follows Pakistani household standard rules. A six is required to move a token out of home. A 30-second per-turn time limit applies in all game modes. Disconnection handling is described separately in the Ludo game rules accessible from the Ludo Games section.
• Crash games: Crash game outcomes are generated using a provably fair algorithm. The multiplier at which the game crashes is determined before the round begins. Z7Game makes the verification hash available before each round starts for players who wish to verify results independently.
• Poker: Z7Game poker games use industry-standard Texas Hold'em rules. Rake rates and blind structures are displayed in the game lobby before a player enters a room. Collusion between players is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account bans.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Z7Game is committed to providing a fair, competitive environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and permanent ban upon detection:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human input method to place bets or play games on Z7Game
• Exploiting technical bugs, errors, or glitches in Z7Game's platform to gain an unfair financial advantage
• Colluding with other players in poker or any head-to-head game format to manipulate outcomes
• Using multiple Z7Game accounts to claim the same bonus or circumvent account-level restrictions
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt activity related to events Z7Game offers markets on
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Z7Game staff or other players through any communication channel
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification processes

8. Responsible Gaming

Z7Game takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides tools to help players manage their activity, and these are available to every registered player from the Account Settings section:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: Receive an on-screen notification after 30, 60, or 90 minutes of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Lock your account for a period of 24 hours up to 12 months. Self-exclusion periods cannot be cancelled early.
• Reality check: Enable periodic pop-up summaries showing your net gaming result for the current session.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

• Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Z7Game will notify the account holder and complete its review within 14 business days in most cases.
• If a suspension is confirmed following investigation, any balance associated with confirmed fraud or bonus abuse may be forfeited. Legitimate real-cash balances not involved in the violation will be returned to the registered payment source.
• Players may also close their own Z7Game account at any time by contacting support. Remaining real-cash balance will be processed for withdrawal to the registered payment source within 5 business days.

11. Limitation of Liability

Z7Game provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we invest heavily in platform reliability and uptime, Z7Game does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be liable for losses arising from:

• Temporary platform downtime or maintenance windows (Z7Game will give advance notice where possible)
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's end
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or widespread telecommunications failures

Z7Game's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from the use of this platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. Z7Game is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

12. Changes to These Terms

Z7Game may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable laws, or platform policies. Your continued use of Z7Game after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
